Online payments are required
On Starter, every service needs a deposit and your booking page goes live once you connect payments in Settings → Payments. Deposits protect you from no-shows, and the small per-payment fee is how the free plan stays free.
What happens at 20 bookings?
We will let you know when you reach 15 bookings. At 20, your booking page pauses new online bookings until the 1st of the next month. Upgrading to Standard (£9.99/month) removes the limit instantly — and drops your payment fee to 1.5% + 35p, which works out cheaper once you are doing more than about 15 bookings a month.
